    Hello, my name is Syd and I am with Epson America The main 3 specs you would be concerned with are the connection type, paper type and volume. If this is for multiple computers, you definitely would want a net-workable printer. This could be for either wired (ethernet) or wireless. Make sure the printer has full functions if using this connection. Next, for the paper type I assume this would be plain paper? The printer would need to handle the paper size that you will be using. The third is volume. If this is a high volume you may want to consider something like a WorkForce Pro-4020 which has very large ink cartridges which can do up to 2400 pages per cartridge. Or if a scanner is needed, we have the WorkForce Pro 4500 series. These models are the same WP-4020 printer with a scanner on top and include several features depending on model. laser. Brother laser printers are built to last. I have 2 about 10 years old for which I paid $50 each. Unlike some companies (HP) where every printer needs a different cartridge so as to inflate the prices, Brother only has about 8-10 different ones which they have been making for years.
