Where to download Blackberry screen icons?

I lost the icons on the screen of my pute. how do I get them back on screen?

    Why do u need the Icons for. You must have deleted them 1. check your recycle bin if they are present in the recycle bin then restore them. 2. Else go to each program and create them again. 3. If all files are present in on the desktop then you got screwed.

The file that runs the GUI is called Explorer.exe. When that file gets hung up or corrupted, the first symptom you will see is the desktop is blank. Like other answers, try F5 to refresh. If that doesn't work, restart your computer. When Windows starts up again, it will re-run Explorer.exe.
