Web page too wide for monitor screen?

Wide screen laptop monitor, certain background images of the web page run into other graphics.?

    Unfortunately, that is caused by bad programming on the part of the web page designers, not by your graphic card. They never though about someone having that wide of a screen, so they did not test the page to see what would happen if it was spread out that far. No much that you can do about it other than change your screen resolution to a more standard ratio, or keep IE less then full screen, and narrower. I have the same issue with my laptop (and others that I support as the computer tech for my company). Have yet to find a reliable solution for the issue...
