    a mac will cost 4 times more then a pc with the same specs. also mac DOES NOT run windows, its an emulator. any windows program that requires the windows registry will NOT run on the windows emulator for mac. you can get a very nice windows laptop for about 500 bucks (it'll have just as good or better specs the a thousand dollar mac) windows is also more versatile then mac and far more programs and hardware supports windows.
