    make sure your WLAN card on the laptop's motherboard isn't broken, and that you have plugged the cord into the router properly then try. if not possible, restart you router and modem by shutting both of them down, waiting 1 minute, then turning on. Otherwise you'll have to ask your dealer to give you a copy of the motherboard's drivers or just let them fix it if you still have valid warranty.

Re start the router by unplugging it for 10 secs. Then remove the current internet network connection icon on networks. Then make a new one. If thats doesnt work tjhme make sure you laps wifi driver is update and. Existing. Is very easy to delete a driver without noticing
