    people to people isnt a foreign exchange program you go with a group of people and high school programs are available some of the places you could go to are the france/italy area, Asia, Alaska,Galapagos Islands and Australia if you go on these trips you could get high school credit and the trips last a maximum of 24 i dont know any other organization but i think this is the best you could get to a traveling program for students.... hope this helps
