If you already have a university on your mind, check their scolarship programms, you can contact the different embasies too (many countries have scolarships interchange programms with your country).

There are many programs available for people from coutries such as yours to study in a foreign country. Especially since you are from a non-western nation, you should be able to find a place in a western country. Try www.unimelb.edu.au.
