They are usually pretty hard to find. Teaching contracts are usually for the full academic year; where Summer Camps do exist vacancies are often filled by local teachers who suddenly find themselves out of work in the Summer. Plus, of course, you won't get the airfare reimbursed if you're going to China (say) for just a few weeks teaching. Is it not possible for you to do longer? You could pick up work a lot easier then.
