You are going to have to pass medical exams in your own country to work there. China is still not recognized internationally. Indians studying there, Ukraine, & elsewhere have a failure rate on India's medical exams nearly double that of Indians who study in India. The only place you will be able to work is in your own country. If you cannot get into med school in your country, then look at other health-related fields in your country.
