Hi, it's the video format issue, as I know, sony vegas can't support mov file, it supports mp4(H.264/AVC video codec, AAC audio codec) or MPEG2 file well, so you need to use a right software to convert your mov file to mp4(H.264/AVC video codec, AAC audio codec) or MPEG2 file for sony vegas.
