How do I capture a video with a Handycam Sony DCR-HC36, by using Sima USB Multi-Cable SUO-200?

    Go and get your money back - that cable's useless to you! The usb port on that camera is only for transferring stills from the memory stick - video capture is done via firewire. If your PC hasn't already got one, you'll need to install a firewire card and connect it to the camcorder with a firewire cable. Once you're connected up and the camcorder's switched on in playback mode, ULead & WMM should both be able to capture the video.
