Can i get caught or fined for downloading torrent files?

Physically, its pretty hard to track people down by torrents. Unless you are uploading or running a torrent site, (in my opinion) there is little to worry about. It honestly depends on your ISP. I have frontier and i download **** all the time. Tv shows. movies. Music. anything i can get ahold of for free. But my friend has comcast and they send him a letter like everytime he downloads anything. Sooooo it just depends. If you download something and you get a letter dont do it again :P
