Can anyone recommend a good minor audio setup?

Can anyone recommend some free software for monitoring Internet activity on my LAN?

    Know not a free one that have no threats to ur info ( some so-called free ones will send out logs of ur company). You get what u pay for. 1 as the other poster says, use the functionaility of the router to the internet to block IP addresses you definately want blocked As regards monitoring CHECK THE LAW as regards you monitoring their use - you may nered to inform them. you might choose to talk to another LAN admisnistrator regarding monitoring software that is appropriate for your system If it is specific sites that is the problem block the IP addresses If it is specific people that is the problem then look at software for reporting DR B

Try downloading Activity Monitor software. You might want to try a torrent to find it. Go to http://untidy.me/ and search for the software you might most likely get it. Download and install and you are good to go.

You will find it a lot easier to simply block the sites you don't want your uses to visit, as opposed to watching what they do. Watching requires logging everything in and out of your firewall (which would be the simplest way to do it), but then you have to filter and screen those logs, which is time consuming. Besides, the employees will hate you much less if you just block sites then if they discover you're spying on them. And, trust me, they will give you a ration of crap either way.
