How do you change your IP address completely without using command prompt?

Your IP is set by your ISP. Switching off your Router MAY work but only if your ISP does not keep the IP for you. Many ISP's will change your IP on a daily basis unless yo pay extra for a fixed one. However, if there are not too many people using that ISP in your area they may keep restoring the same one for you free of additional cost. You could talk to them and hope that they did not receive any complaint about you from the site concerned.

Only way to change IP address (if it is dynamic) is via cmd. Try to follow tutorial from http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/change-ip-address.shtml If it is not possible via command prompt then only other way is to call your ISP and ask for another IP address or to use proxy server. Without command prompt, your only hope is to use a proxy. Or disconnect your wireless network and click Repair to reset your settings.
