How do I create moving pictures?

Is it possible to create moving pictures in a video that uploads into a computer?

  I learned how to do this more than ten years ago! It is amazing to learn that these things aren't general knowledge, and that some people never heard of them before. You save any images you like in GIF Format, and there are applications that compile them as frames of a video. I used to subscribe to PC FORMAT, and they gave out the shareware version of PAINTSHOP PRO on their bundled CD. This includes a sweet programme called ANIMATION SHOP PRO, with which you can compile any number of GIF Files into moving images. You can control the speed of the animation, optimize the size, edit the images, and all that. The idea was to upload these animations into your webpages, so that they would move in the browser when accessed. It's really amusing and useful to know how to do. There is even a "FOR DUMMIES" series book that deals with this application. You could do this yourself (and I recommend you learn how to draw- there are numerous tutorials around). It could cost you a few dollars, at most, or you probably have everything you need right at home!
