Agree with JayyT, $400-$500. They may look at logo creation as seperate. If yes, may be on the higher end of $500.

I think you need to consult to a more proffesional web designer try consulting to this site: http://www.dcglobal.us/ They have free trials and their consultation is free. But seeing on your site I don't think it would cost you that much unless you'll embed flash on your site.

Depends I didn't see the store yet. If the client came with all the photos, as there isn't much content and the design is quite basic it looks very much like a template I probably get this done in a day, especially if it isn't dynamic.
