It depends on what to do with it and what you like. The battery life on the Blackberry is very good compared to the iphone. Blackberry's are mostly business phones and can do multitasking. My favourite part of the BB is that you can listen to pandora or other radio while txting or emailing which you cant whilst on the iphone. :)
