    It's all about practice and getting your abdominal muscles strong. The stronger your abs, the higher your jumps go. Try doing crunches that work your abs & also practice practice practice. Don't forget to always point your toe!

The only thing you can do is stretch and get stronger leg muscles! I'd do 30+ minutes of stretching each day and some kind of leg workout. I am on an allstar level 5 team and front row for jumps
