Has anyone tried the magic jack phone usb?

    I have had mine for about 9 months. It was a gift. I would definitely not pay for it, or pay to have the service continued. The connection quality is VERY poor. I have exchanged the unit several times, spent hours online chatting with their "technical support" people trying various setting changes, and have even upgraded my internet (to 5 mbps) and computer (to the latest i processor) ... people on the other end always say that my phone is "cutting out". The service is $1.75 a month (unless you buy multiple years at a time) ... it IS nice having unlimited long distance, but the quality is so poor it's almost not worth it.
