  donotcall.gov also if you have att you can get privacy manger. it works with your caller id and stops all blocked, private, anonymous, out-of-area, unavailable, and all those others with no name/number. your phone will stop ringing! however; there area some exemptions to this law a lot of people are uninformed about. companies you have an existing or prior business relationship with, charities, and some banks are exempt. theres others, just read the terms and conditions on the website.
