How do i convert my Window movies "i make" to put on my ipod touch?

    Windows Movie Maker saves movies as some weird .mswmm or .wmmp file or something. One of the file->save options will let you save it as a regular movie-optimally mp4 for ipods. In some versions it's file->save movie file and in others it's file->publish movie. If there is an option to save as a mpg or mp4, click this one. if not, use the default. go through the steps and it will be in a format you can put into itunes.
