I have a video in my itunes library, how do i make it go on my ipod?

i have an itouch 2gen i have a movie in my itunes library i sync my ipod but the movie isnt in the ipod what do i do?
Answer:

in the left hand tab on itunes press the button tht says ex: Alex's iPod click tht and on the top just below there will be a toolbar with music, videos, photos, apps etc. click videos and check which movie you want to download.and in the bottom right hand corner, click apply or sync i hope this helps!

when you connect your ipod... click on the ipod icon in the left hand side of itunes. and then click on video tab along the top of that window. make sure the video you want on your ipod has the box checked next to it and then sync your ipod.
