I'm not sure sony bravia lcd tv's come in 1080p. If you truly only want 1080p and if money isn't a problem then I suggest you get a plasma. They're cheaper now than ever before. Of course, in the long term, you'll have burn in problems and some loss in quality, but if you are more aimed towards a secure investment I recommend an LCD. Sharp, JVC and Aquos have 46" LCD tv's with fully capable 1080p from $3000
