  It's not "cracked" but it's "broken?" That's a bit hard to understand. But in any case, if the LCD or plasma panel is damaged in any way, replacing it costs about the same as or more than a new TV. If that's your situation, your choices are few. Samsung is a popular brand, so you could probably sell it for parts on Craigslist. Around $25 to $50 or so would be a reasonable expectation if it's in very good condition other than the screen. If you can't sell it, deliver it to Goodwill Industries as a donation. They'll take it as-is, recycle it, and give you a receipt that can be a tax deduction. Followup: just to be clear, this question says that the "Samsung's TV's screen [is] just broken." If that's what this person meant to say, then it's a screen problem, not a board problem.
