What is the difference between LED, LCD, and Plasma TV's?

LCD are the standard TV, you could say. These are the cheapest out of the three. LED TVs are actually LCD TVs with LED backlights (unless you specifically order like those SUPER EXPENSIVE OLED TVs). They provide much richer color and better quality. These tend to be a bit pricier than LCD. Plasma offers VERY high quality picture, but they cost the most, and they also use the most electricity. I would go with LED. You get the benefit of higher quality, and they're typically only $100-$150 more than an equivalent LCD.
