Can I go swimming with a dried second degree burn?

    I would wait. I would at least wait 3 more days and then keep it covered. Have band aids on you and when one gets the wet, switch it out. ( I know how you feel, I am taking antibotics for MRSA Staph and can't go outside.. I was outside for only 15minutes and got burned. I can't go swimming or anything for the next 7 days... ) I hope I helped. Oh and to get rid of the scar I suggest using coco butter body wash and lotion. Also, there is medicine from a doctor you can get. Mine didn't give me any for the first mrsa staph and i have a huge scar on my leg.

ehh, I wouldn't do it if I were you. I mean firstly, it's kind of gross to go swimming if you have a scab or open wound. and it could also be painful to you. For scarring, I think you could use Cocoa Butter, Aloe Vera and Mederma scar gel.
