How do i get the picture on my Yahoo profile. That cartoon picture everyone has?

Yahoo no longer provides avatars however you can create one from other free sites see the links below.If you are on wireless you must wait until you are on a computer. Choose either a cartoon or a photo avatar you had saved to your pc.
