How do you change your pic on your profile?

Whenever i try to change my profile pic i am taken to yahoo photos and my pic isnt changed..how do i fix this?

thanks for your question i went in there off and on about 5 times and could not upload a picture, i was initially thinking that i needed to be on a higher level, then i noticed level ones with pics. i also noticed my avitar only appears on my messenger account which i did not want and embarrassed me when i logged in. again, thank you for your question, now i know that i am not the only one.
