I'am trying to change my profile picture?

    So do I, at least you have a picture. I'm stuck with this crappy default version. If you've been on yahoo for a while, many members have been getting this message "Oops! Sorry, something went wrong. We apologise for the inconvenience". I've tried asking for help on Yahoo answers and they keep telling me how to upload a picture. I'm a lvl 7, of course I'm going to know how to upload a picture. The worst part is, I have no way of contacting Yahoo Answers support to try and resolve the issue. It's a mess. Trust me, I tried and nothing has happened. It's not a matter of re-sizing the image, It's a matter that I can never seem to upload an image ever since the new yahoo format came along. USELESS!
