You have no choice but to limit your investments to the nation(s) you file taxes in, because otherwise you would be committing tax fraud... About 7% (10% including reinvested dividends) is the maximum AVERAGE achievable return, which would be in Common stocks...if there was a legitimate way to reliably do better, nobody would bother going into business, because business is hard work and often only yields a 15% average annual return... There is no "constantly increasing return" plan, and if you think about what would happen if there WAS, you will soon figure out why such a thing cannot exist!
