How do i go to yahoo chat room via messenger?

I dont see option for yahoo chat under the messenger tab. is it blocked in Dubai??

As of December 14, 2012, all public chat rooms on Yahoo! Messenger have been shut down.use paltalk or beyluxe messenger or try the link below www.chatrooms.org.in

On December 12th 2012 Yahoo got rid of chat rooms. They are no longer available anywhere. If you want to use chat rooms join Paltalk. It's better than Yahoo rooms anyway. NO stupid bots!
