How can I know if I am on someones messenger list?

How do i take my name off of someones messenger list? dont want this personto be able to messenger me?

  • There is someone I gave my yahoo messenger ID to but I don't want this person to be able to messenger me due to personal reasons. How can I take my name off of his list.

    u can block the person by adding his id to d blocked list after delet'g his name ofur list n while he's on or list, just single click on d name, & on sleath set'gs,turn permanently off.. he can never c that u r online, then. hope it helps..

If he is on your list take him off your list then block him. If he is not on your list block him. I did that before.

You can't take your name off their list, but you can block them from contacting you. Just choose block in the options list.
