How can I get my Yahoo Avatar to show up? Its won't?

When I updated the newest Yahoo Messenger, it wouldn't let me use my Avatar. It always takes me over to 'create an avatar'. Which Ive already done.

Click your name, click add details then chhose the option of Use your avatar...thats it..

u said u have already made ur avatar... well, first click Messenger in the menu bar... then click My display image after the pop-up menu shows in... there set wat u want pipz will see during ur conversation... 'hope it'll help....
