How can i download yahoo messenger version 8 or other than version 9?

I have Yahoo Messenger 8.0 (or whatever the "8" version is. Should I download the newer 9.0?

  • I have heard that it's not as reliable. Also, if I already have Messenger, do I just leave it on my computer or do I have to uninstall it and then download the new version?

i have used 8 for a long time i just started messenger 9..its the same just a lil more on 9.0..and you can have both depending on the free space that u have on your computer
