Is there another IM i can download besides Yahoo. I cant keep Yahoo IM signed in!?

Yeah, there are several options. You can download AIM which doesn't require giving out an e-mail address. You can get it here: http://www.aim.com/ Another option is MSN. Better than AIM, but takes an e-mail address. But it's a good and reliable messenger none the less. This one requires an e-mail address but can do just as much as AIM, infact more, and is more advanced. And you can talk to your Yahoo! buddies too! You can get it right here: http://get.live.com/messenger/overview Last, but by no means least is Pidgin. I don't have experience in this one, but it used to be GAIM (Google America Instant Messaging). I don't know much about it, but that was because I couldn't get it downloaded when I tried. It seems reliable though, especially since it was originally created by google. And the good news is, you can talk to all of your contacts through GAIM (or that's what it appears to be to me. I think you're asking if you can sign in to Yahoo using a different software. The answer is yes. Both links below allow you to sign in to Yahoo and other IM's at the same time. The first link is for software that you download. The second link is for online use, which comes in handy at public libraries and other places where you can't download software.

The best IM to download in my opinion is MSN or as it is sometimes referred to as hotmail.

aim (america instant message) its very good and u dont need aol to use it but u do need to download the aim software
