Invisible mode on yahoo messenger?

How i can find a person is on line or offline if he is in invisible mode on yahoo messenger?

i would like to know the status of my friend whenever i open yahoo messenger he is always offline in the list so i want to know how i come to know that he is offline or invisible ...show more

either you have to send an IM to that person and wait til that person answers you. if he/she doesn't, then this person is really offline (not log in). but if he/she is online in invisible, you will also see the same IM box to those who are available (online). and or, last resort is to use a program. but if i were you, don't force yourself to know if this person is really online though invisible only as he/she has reasons why getting invisible to you or to all. just like me i'm always invisible coz i don't want any friend to contact me and i'm online only to listen to the music or play games or talking to an important inhabitant (solo) only. lol
