when i chat with new friends i need to add new friends in my yahoo messenger list but i can't add in the list some times showing server problem and some time showing longer time ...show more

Me too facing same problem. Following error occur. There was an error in the server while trying to add a contact. Please try again

possibly a glitch. There are two places in the messenger window to add a contact, you could try them both. Click contacts top line scroll down click add contact, click, follow the prompts. or click add contact lower left and follow prompts
