Why is everyone on the webcams on Yahoo getting the "sever busy" notice? Why is the server busy?

Me and 2 other people from 2 other parts of the country are getting "server busy" when we try to put up our cams. Is anyone else getting this prob and what is going on?

Someone in a room, told me it's yahoo and they are trying to fix the problem. yet again another yahoo issue.
