What does senior flex mean?

Answer:
Not exactly up on the Nike stuff however what this typically is referring to is the flex of the shaft. This should be based upon your swing speed which can be determined at any golf shop. Typ. speeds in excess of 100 mph require a "stiff" rated shaft. Below would be a "reg" Flex shaft...and below that the Senior Flex...designed for slower club speeds....If a 100 mph hitter swings a reg. flex shaft, he will bend that shaft so mauch that when his hands are in the hitting zone, the head of the driver is up around his ear...(not really but....) Why they are cheaper?????? ask you golf shop.....

It is less stiff than a regular. This is the general rule when picking your flex: Take a look at the distance you hit your driver. This is a good, but very general, indicator. If you carry you driver 250 yards or more, go with Stiff; 230-250 yards, Regular; 200-230 yards, Senior; less than 200 yards, Ladies. You can read more at my listed source

a senior flex is slightly shorter and more Flexible than a regular flex shaft, unless you are short and have a very slow swing, don't buy it as all you shots will go straight and then bend way out right.

senior flex . old guys like me. or stronger women. very low kick point to get ball air born. for your age a senior shaft would not work. the loss of accuracy due to low kick point snap hook. go with regular flex. also for your level of play . try the lucky 13 as your driver. this is one hades of a driver fairway wood. very long accurate and forgiving . good luck.
no idea?????
