How do I add HTML codes to my yahoo! groups?

  • I have pasted some code into the descrition box, but all that shows up is the body text. the code was to jst put a background image in. What am I doing wrong? (ignore the periods). ...show more

    you can add HTML to the description area for a picture- I have them on all my groups. a moving picture too- but you need to use a hosting site, like photobucket and that site will generate the useable code

You only have to add the main code (ie forget the everything up to and including the body tag) if you want a background image I would suggest you utilise a simple table and give that a background.
