How can i add this opption on my yahoo mail page "enter ur email id to join this group"?

I don't know what mail provider you're using or version. that promote code is for web pags, not e-mail signatures and some signature/ e-mail limit the use of HTML codes. some mail providers don't even allow an active clickable link. all you can do is test it out and see if it works
