How do we invite people to join a private Yahoo group?

When i invite people to join yahoo group they do not receive the email?

i have sent several emails to two people inviting them to join my forum but they don't seem to receive the invites. why is that

Tell them to check their Yahoo settings. They are most likely set to NOT allow invites or to NOT get invites. Their is a place in settings where you can edit this,
