Multiple complaints from potential members that they cannot join my Yahoo Group?

There have been many problems with Groups since Yahoo began rolling out the new format they created known as 'neo.' Yahoo is working on fixing specific errors. No one here in Answers can do anything to help with your problem but you can explain it in the Yahoo Groups Feedback Forum. Yahoo already fixed a problem that I asked them to change. They even sent me an email about it yesterday. I was amazed that they actually paid attention & responded!
