The new yahoo groups front page canno't change the photo help?

the new yahoo groups front page now have a dragon on my front page and can't change it i am on XP do i need to download anything to assist this i can see the change image switch ...show more

That is something that I got to work (so far) I had to keep trying jpegs until their crop was sitting on something I could live with but somehow it worked on the Android platform. Not much else works though.
