actually, personal loans are pretty much obsolete. at 18 and without a f.t. job for a couple years, you will not qualify for a loan without a cosigner with impeccable credit. you need a 2nd job or a loan from your parents.think about why a company would loan you money to pay your bills ..how do you pay them.
