    The most important thing to remember about modeling agencies is that they will never take cash from you!!! What they usually do, is they create a portfolio for you and try to get you in all sorts of jobs, because they get a huge chunk of your pay, usually 40%-60%. An agency could charge you for the portfolio, but it works a bit differently. They would "lend" you the money, that is, you would only have to repay for the portfolio, when you earn something. Usually its easier to get into an agency if you have a portfolio, but serious agencies are always on the lookout for fresh models. PS: couldn't find you on myspace.
