    You didn't specify the year of your car, that makes it much harder to suggest anything.. I agree with the man telling that winter tires should be narrower than summer ones. p.s. 15" usually fit ok

Your theory is totally incorrect. Not only would a P205/70R15 95S sized tire totally not fit due to the 4-inch difference in diameter but the extra width (205mm vs. 175mm) is precisely the opposite of what you want in snow. The correct thing to do would be to get winter tires for the 13-inch wheels and summer-only tires in a 195/50R15 size for summer.
