What does it take to be a civil engineer?

What major should i take? I'm stuck between being an engineer, lawyer, or accountant!?

  • If i want to be an engineer, i would take an engineering major. But what is a major that is good to take if i want to go into law school or become an accountant; what should i take!?!

  • Answer:

If you want to be an accountant, major in accounting. If you want to be a lawyer, don't major in pre law, try poli sci or history or something along those lines.

From a truly financial and 'job for life' point of view ... given those 3 choices, Law would win hands down every time, speak to your careers adviser who will point you in the correct direction.
