  I used to work for Sainsburys, you basically need to say that you are a team worker, that you can work well both in a team or alone. That you can bring a polite, efficient, enthusastic member to their workforce who will be punctual and use initiative to get jobs done. That allthough you are a college student you are pretty flexible and get on well with people. Just smile, dress smart and thank them for seeing you with a firm handshake. Its pretty easy to get into as there are no skills required, unless you turn up naked or with an attitude its a sinch. Good luck you will do fine :) oh and also say that you would love to work for them because you think their supermarket has a good reputation and you like their food etc :)
