I have a 1999 chevy tahoe, i want to know if i can bypass the O2 sensors?

Answer:
you can only put in the dummy sensors after the catalyctic convertor.... they are about 160 each.... and thats a single exhaust with dual so you only need 1 but that o2 sensor tells the computer when the convertor is ok or not

you can't do it on your truck because it has more than one sensor on it and it relies on the readings it gets from the o-2 sensors to govern the amount of fuel and air its gets to the engine,you can only alter it by using an updated chip in it,there's no by passing them though,not on that truck,good luck
